Apex Platforms Inc. provides software applications, SaaS tools, and digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.

Subscription-based products provide access for a defined billing period. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and does not retroactively refund charges already incurred.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where explicitly stated in a specific product agreement.
